Affordability, Criteria and Terms - We will establish how much you can borrow, check lending criteria and terms to ensure whatever we apply for fits your individual circumstances. . Our team will guide you through this in an ‘Strategy Call’ or meeting.
Suitability, value and long term plan - We will check your suitability for the mortgage that we will be applying for, making sure you get the best value for money possible, ensuring this fits with your long term plan. Our team will establish this in your ‘Time For Action Call’ or meeting.
Chasing, future proofing and reviewing - We will chase your case through to completion by liaising with estate agents and solicitors. We will future proof your mortgage and lifestyle by putting together a portfolio of products that will help protect your financial future. We will periodically review your circumstances and keep you up to date with any relevant information you will need. Our team will do this in a ‘Touch Base Call’ or meeting.
